Due to the time consuming task of diagnosing electronics we usually charge an estimate fee. Estimate fees are paid at time the unit is brought in for repair and deducted from the repair charges when you get the item repaired.

Here are a few reasons why you should NOT open and try to fix your electronics yourself. TV's and other electronic devices can be dangerous when opened. Understand that if you remove the back of your TV set or other electronic items, DC voltage and high voltage can remain long after the plug is pulled.
